Age 92 died peacefully Sept. 9, 2026. Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Brooks), obm. Devoted father of Larry (Claire Curtis), Jonathan (Caroline) and Helene (Michael Adlin). Beloved grandfather of Nina, Adam, Lauren, Brian, Becca and Heath. A native Philadelphian, U Penn grad and CPA, Mitch spent his career with Laventhol & Horwath and the SEC Institute. He loved books, theater, travel (including his 16 years as a NYer) and most of all, his family. Graveside services to be held Mon. Sept. 14, 11:00 am, Mt. Sharon Cemetery, 502 E. Springfield Rd. Shiva to be observed privately. Donations may be made to the Free Library of Philadelphia.
