Mitchel E. Lapenson

MITCHEL E. LAPENSON on February 2, 2025. Beloved husband of Julia (nee Smith); Loving father of Ryan Smith (Ashley), Cole Lapenson, and Abigail Lapenson; Dear brother of Dr. Leonard Lapenson (Malkah) and Susan Elias (Dr. Herbert). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  Mitch worked for many years as a quotation rep for lighting companies. He loved all Philadelphia sports teams, but the Phillies were his favorite. He did statistics for them which brought him to most of the games. He loved sitting in the press box. He enjoyed doing the score book for his son’s baseball games. He also was a great “student” when he played teacher with his daughter. He had a beautiful smile, he was kind and loving and especially adored his beautiful wife. He will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral services, Tuesday, 11:30 AM precisely at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd St. Pike, Southampton, PA.
