September 27, 2019. Husband of Sandra (nee Saslow). Father of Joanne (Elliot) Olen, Howard Alan Balaban (fiancee Jennifer Webster) and Larry (Heather) Balaban. Grandfather of Ben, Dani, Frankie, Taylor and Blake. Services are private. Shiva will be observed Sunday 12-3PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 7-9 PM at the late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Mitzvah Circle Foundation, 1561 Gehman Road, Harleysville, Pa 19438, ww.mitzvahcircle.org
