Mildred "Milly" Hoffman

HOFFMAN, MILLY with a “Y”, 95, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025. Milly, was predeceased by Bob whom she was happily married to for 59 years. Mom of Farryl (Howard) Cohen and Arthur (Jody) Hoffman. Grams of Fayne, Grandmom of Asher (Emily) and Chessy (Lori) and dear sister of the late Bea (Herb) Pachman and sister-in-law of the late Len and Gloria Hoffman. Also survived by loving nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews, close friends, family and the wonderful aides and staff at The Pinnacle. Milly had a 36 year administrative career at The Philadelphia College of Optometry and retired at the age of 80 when they required her to transition from her old school IBM Selectric typewriter to their computer system. She then was a full-time loving caregiver for Bob. Milly’s sense of style and positive and funny attitude endeared her to all who knew her. Milly said she wasn’t much of a joiner, but she wanted all to know she was a Life Member of Hadassah, and joked that she was also a member of AARP, McDonald’s Golden Arches Club, Wendy’s, Applebee’s Golden Apple and every Senior discount program offered. Private funeral, Shiva Wednesday 5/28 and Thursday 5/29, 6-9 PM at the home of Farryl and Howard, Lafayette Hill.
