ELGART MILDRED RUTH (nee Low), March 11, 2003; loving wife of Leonard, mother of Steven (Patricia) Elgart, Caren (Dennis) Py, and Brenda (Lou) Eckstrom; daughter of Ruby Low, sister of William Low and Mary Frances Massey, also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
