LEVIN Michael D. M.D. Passed away on April 25, 2021. Beloved husband of Tania Levin (nee Berg). Devoted and loving father to Adam (Margo) Levin, Matthew (Lorin) Levin and Aaron Levin. Adoring grandfather of William, Ari and Alexandra Levin, Sydney, Ella and Max Levin, and Madison and Bradley Levin. Private Funeral Services are being held at Roosevelt Memorial Park.
