Meyer Slott, on August 9, 2018. Husband of Phyllis Ringold Slott (nee Wolfson) and the late Fay (nee Parness). Father of Michael (Sharon) Slott and Susan (Neil) Silver. Stepfather of Lori (Peter) Vogdes, Robert Ringold, Amy (Seth) Kivnick and Lisa (Joe) Catral. Grandfather of Steven, Ricky, Sara and Joseph. Great Grandfather of Nora and Carson. A War Hero and member of the Jewish War Veterans Post #697, Meyer served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1942-1945 as a Nose Gunner on the B-24 Bomber. He flew 35 successful missions over Europe. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Sunday 1 PM precisely at Mt. Sharon Cemetery (sec. R), Springfield, PA. Following interment, shiva will be observed at the home of Susan and Neil Silver. Shiva will continue on Monday at the late residence from 6 - 8 PM.
