MELVIN SNYDER

Melvin (Mel) Snyder of Salisbury, Maryland died on February 8, 2022 at the age of 83. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of late Samuel and Elaine Snyder.
Mel moved his family to Salisbury, Md. 1971, where he continued to live out his life. Mel had numerous business adventures over the years. However, Mel may have been best known around town for Record & Tape world which was on the corner of E. Main Street & Snow Hill Rd.
Mel's greatest pride in life was the success and loyalty of his family.
Mel is survived by his children Craig Snyder (Sue), of Hockessin, DE and Stacy Snyder Garguilo (Sean) of Snellville, GA and his grandchildren Megan Snyder, Abby Snyder and Sophia Garguilo.
A private graveside services are being held on February 17, 2022.
A celebration of his life will be held in the spring of 2022.
