Beloved husband of Janet Davidson Oltman and the late Ruth (nee Globman); father of Rhona, Kristeen and Bennett; also survived by 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Oltman was a veteran of WWII; a past president of the Philadelphia Men's Apparel Association; a member of Judaic Union and Columbia Lodge #91 F&AM. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Friday 11 A.M. precisely, at Shalom Memorial Park (Sec. Macabees), Pine and Byberry Roads, Huntingdon Valley PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
