Husband of Florence (nee Sulkes), father of Steven Arkans, Edward (Eleanor) Arkans and the late Rick Arkans, brother of the late Sonya Lubar, grandfather of Matthew, Diana, Michael, and Erika Arkans. He was an Army Veteran of WWII, Council Commissioner and Scout Master of Boy Scouts of America and President of the Phila. Food Brokers Assn.
