Marsha Coren

Marsha Coren (nee Klugman), age 78, passed away on May 22, 2024.  Loving mother to her daughter Jill Ripper and son-in-law Robert Ripper, and daughter Beth Coren.  Loving grandmother to Madeline, Juliana, and Camille Ripper and Naomi, Evan, and Rebecca Fung and a loving friend to many.  Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 26, 1945, Marsha was a graduate of Northeast High School and Temple University.  She went on to receive a Master’s degree from both Temple University and Arcadia College, then continued her studies at Philadelphia College and The Art Institute.  Marsha enjoyed guiding at the Philadelphia Art Museum for 14 years, was the founder of the Center City Book Club and the co-founder of Women for Women.

Family and friends are invited to her Funeral Service on Friday, May 25, at 9:30 AM precisely, Goldsteins’ Rosenberg's Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966.  Interment will follow at Shalom Memorial Park on Byberry and Pine Roads.
