Mark Weiss, 81 of Chester Springs, PA passed away on Sept. 2, 2026, among members of his family, peacefully at home.

Born on Oct.1, 1944 in Philadelphia to Harry and Hilda (Barsky) Weiss, Mark grew up in Mt. Airy, and attended Germantown High School.

Mark was known for his sense of humor, generous spirit, warmth, and rugged common sense. He had a deep love for photography, horses, pets, woodworking, and travel, and was often happiest enjoying good music and food with his friends and family.

He is survived by Meredith (Wolfe) Weiss; and his brothers Edmond (84) and Steven (73). He was preceded in death by his brother Alexander.

A celebration of life will be held on a date and in a location to be determined. Donations may be made in Mark’s memory to an Animal Rescue of choice.
