STONE
MARK, formerly of Elkins Park and as of November 2015, of Delray Beach FL, passed away on April 29, 2016. Son of the late Beatrice and Harold Stone, his sudden passing was a great shock to all who knew him as a man with a big, generous, unselfish and caring heart. He is survived by his great Aunt Sue Shipon, Aunt Miriam Siegel, Uncle Irv Bell, Ed Siegel, Marci and Isador Mitzner, and many cousins and wonderful friends, especially Ree Cottone and new found friend, Robin Fox. Surviving is Mark's most treasured love, his furry Sam of 15 years, and newly rescued Sadie, to whom he was a super "dad." His interests were music, concerts, cars, and especially his dogs and friendships. Mark was the owner of Avenue of the Arts Dance Wear Body Dreams. He supported the Dance Community of Philadelphia with scholar-ships for students, who went on to professional careers. His staff, Leanne Grieger, Julia Higeon, and Rachael Thompson and others, were loyal to Mark, saying he was a mentor, protector and just a wonderful man with a big and generous heart. Mark will be missed by family, friends, vendors, and all the people he touched in his short 62 years.
Graveside Services will be Friday, 11 A.M. precisely, at Har Nebo Cemetery (Sec. H), Phila. For Mark's love of "Sam and Sadie" and all Rescued Dogs, please contribute to the Bucks County SPCA or any Rescue Animal Shelter of your choice.
No good byes, just, "SEE YOU LATER."
