Mark Glickman

Mark Glickman on April 17, 2024, of Bensalem, PA. Devoted husband of Gail Glickman, loving father of Lori (Mark) Solomon and adoring grandfather to Carly and Logan. He will be greatly missed by brother-in law Arnold (Golda), nieces, nephews and cousins.

He proudly served in the US Army for eight years, where he developed his love for repairing equipment and was skilled as a sharpshooter.  After his service, he graduated with degrees from Temple University and Spring Garden College in Mechanical Engineering, which led him to a successful 30-year career at IBM as a technician.

During his retirement, he loved spending his days with Gail, frequenting craft shows, music concerts at Shady Brook Farm and taking trips down the shore. His greatest delight was watching his grandchildren and participating in their activities. In recent years, he seized the opportunity to become a proficient bocci ball player in his neighborhood. He routinely attended computer club meetings, IBM reunions, and army veteran breakfasts, while also enjoying target practice at the shooting range.

Mark cherished life and was always eager to assist others, whether it was troubleshooting their computer problems, lending a hand with their car, or recommending his favorite TV shows or movies.

For immediate family, there will be a viewing Sunday night at Goldstein’s Funeral Home in Southampton, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to the graveside service on Monday at Roosevelt Memorial Park, Trevose, PA, where funeral services will commence promptly at 12:30pm.

In lieu of flowers or other gifts, the family kindly requests donations be made in Mark's memory to the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania.
