MAGILL (SANDLER)

MARILYN (nee Rothstein), died on February 7, 2013, at the age of 87. Originally from Philadelphia, she resided in Atlantic City for 15 years before relocating to Norfolk, Virginia in 2007. Predeceased by former husband, Sidney Sandler; husband Leon Simon; husband Marc Magill; long-time companion Leonard Erber; and Bill George, whose company she enjoyed during her final years in Virginia. Predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Etta Rothstein; also predeceas-ed by her brother Marvin Rothstein, and by her beloved youngest daughter, Aimee Sandler. Mother of Leslie (Marilyn), Allen, Abigail, and Jay (Lisa). Grandmother of Shari Ubechel (Norbert), Eve Brown (Nathaniel), Adam and Rachael Honowitz, and Rose and Jenny Sandler. Great-grand-mother of Trevor and Graham Brown. Also survived by nieces Marlyn and Kim Rothstein.
A Graveside Service was held on Feb. 10th at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to Dr. Leonard B. Erber Medical Center, BERON Jewish Older Adult Services, 1102 Atlantic Ave., Atlantic City NJ 08401.
