Marc D. Shapiro

Marc D. Shapiro, 74 of Dresher Pennsylvania, died peacefully in his home on March 3, 2023. Marc was the beloved husband of Sheryl (nee Dayen); proud father of Jeffrey (Shari) Shapiro, Ashley (Bob) DePalmo; adoring grandfather of Abby, Sophie, Jakob and Fiona. Marc is also survived by has loving sister Ena (Paul) Gotkin. Marc, a Philadelphia native, spent most of his adult life working for Almo Corporation where he began as a salesman and worked his way to become a corporate executive.  He was proud of his accomplishments and the life he was able to provide for his family.  When not working, Marc enjoyed relaxing and spending time with his family and friends at his beach house in Ocean City, NJ. Marc will be remembered as a man of strong character, a trustworthy and honest soul who cared deeply for his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Monday, March 6, 2023 at 11:30 AM at GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS funeral home located at Suburban North 310 Second Street Pike, Southampton PA 18966. Interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park 3573 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley 19006 Shiva to follow immediately after interment at the home of Ashley and Bob DePalmo. Service at 6pm. Shiva will also be held on Tuesday, March 7, 12-3pm. Service at 7pm. Contributions in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
