LILLY (nee Kaufman), on Jan. 9, 2013, age 88, at the Abramson Center for Jewish Life. Born August 9, 1924 in Slatina, Czechoslovakia, Survivor of Auschwitz Concentration Camp, liberated May 7, 1945 along with her sister; devoted mother of Barry W. Goldstein and Sidney A. Goldstein. Beloved mother-in-law to Nancy G. Goldstein (nee Gutman) and Nancy J. Goldstein (nee MacDonald). Loving grand-mother to Jason S. Goldstein, Aaron R. Goldstein and Chad H. Goldstein. Preceding her in death in 1983 was her husband Harold Goldstein. Her mother, 3 brothers, and numerous family members perished at Auschwitz. Surviving are her sister Rose Mozes and nephews Sandy, Cliff and Rob Mozes and 3 great nephews. Private graveside burial will be on Friday at Ohel Jacob Cemetary in Erie, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service Sunday, 2 P.M. at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Shiva will be observed on Sunday only at the residence of Barry and Nancy Goldstein. Contributions in her memory can be made to the National Holocaust Museum, 100 15th St. SW, Washington, DC. 20024
