ROSSMAN
LILLIAN (nee Casway), 105, died April 19, 2012 in Oakland, California. She was born January 7, 1905 in the Ukraine to Meir and Yetta Kosovy. She moved to the United States with her family in the 1920s and settled in Philadelphia. She married Benjamin Rossman, and was happily married to him until his passing. She was a talented seamstress and designer, and loved opera. She was an active member of her Hadassah Chapter. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Benjamin Rossman, her siblings Morton Casway, Moishe Carmeli, Sydney Casway, and Sylvia Zebooker, and her niece Drora Carmeli. She is survived by her niece Elaine Berger and nephews Ithamar Carmeli, Edward Zebooker, and Kenneth Zebooker. She was a beloved daughter, wife, sister, aunt and great-aunt, and she will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Sunday 1 P.M. at Montefiore Cemetery (Sec. 17).
