LEONORE (nee Snyder)
of North Wales, PA, formerly of Elkins Park and Sarasota, FL, on May 29, 2018. Wife of the late Sol A. Hoffman. Mother of Andrea (Hon. Sheldon C.) Hoffman Jelin, Dr. Marc (Dr. Janis Reed) Hoffman and David (Terry) Hoffman, JD, FCPP. Grandmother of Michael, Joseph, Brian and Evan. Sister of the late Dr. Richard (the late Billie) Snyder and Arnold (Linda) Snyder. Leonore was a graduate of Olney High School and obtained her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Education from Beaver College (now Arcadia University). She was an educator who focused on improving her students' learning skills and was a senior administrator at various academic institutions including Arcadia and Manatee Community College in Florida. She also served as a docent at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota providing educational tours to countless patrons.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Thursday 11 A.M. precisely at Congregation Ohev Shalom, 2 Chester Road, Wallingford, PA. Burial to be in Sarasota, FL. Shiva to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Leonore's memory may be made to Arcadia University or to a charity of your choice.
