LEONARD W., age 94, died peacefully in his home on June 21, 2016. Devoted husband of 71 yrs. to Mildred (nee Apple); loving father of Barbara Kotzin and Richard; grandfather of Matthew and Joshua; brother of Yvette Schuster, uncle of Merrill, Martin and Kenneth. Mr. Serody was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force as a Second LT in WWII. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service, Sunday, 12 Noon precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Phila. Interment private. Shiva will be observed SUNDAY ONLY at his late residence. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Elkins Park Library, 563 Church Rd., Elkins Park, PA 19027 or Cheltenham Twp. Library System, 215 S. Keswick Ave., Glenside, PA 19038 or Alzheimer's Association.
