Dr. Lawrence Lee Nussbaum M.D. 74, born in Louisville Kentucky, January 24th, 1951 passed away on July 10th, 2025, at St. Mary’s Hospital. Lawrence graduated from Seneca Highschool, attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine, attended Tulane University, Dept. of Internal Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals, and completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Saint Raphael’s Hospital. Lawrence dedicated his life in service to others. From his work as a Cardiologist to his career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Lawrence’s goal was always to help, heal and enrich the lives of anyone he came into contact with. He firmly believed that laughter was the best medicine and was always ready with a joke or funny story. His smile lit up the room, and he found profound enjoyment in the happiness and wellbeing of those around him. Lawrence was the kindest and most selfless man who was quick to give to anyone who needed help. Lawrence is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Kirby Nussbaum. His children, Michael, Johnathan, and Sarah and his grandchild Ethan Nussbaum. His Funeral Service will take place at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors Suburban North on July 16th, 2025 with his family receiving guests at 9 A.M. and his Funeral Service starting precisely at 9:30 A.M., 310 2nd Street Pike South Hampton, PA 18966. Lawrence will be interned at the Historic Doylestown Cemetery 215 E Court St, Doylestown, PA 18901. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the Parkinson’s Association at Johns Hopkins Hospital 600 N. Wolfe St. Baltimore, Maryland 21287.
