Larry A. Linton

Larry Arnold Linton, born on February 8, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, peacefully passed away on June 16, 2024, in Doylestown, PA. He was the beloved son of Harry and Anne Linton. Larry is now reunited in heaven with his parents and his grandson, Matthew Laff, who preceded him in death.

Larry leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He is survived by his loving wife, Jane Linton, whom he married on October 20, 1968. He is also survived by his daughters, Debra Linton, Michelle (Nick) Reynolds, and Amy (Josh) Laff, and his sister Barbara (Barry) Ackerman. Larry was a doting grandfather to Jared and Haylie Laff, and Liam Reynolds.

In addition to his family, Larry leaves behind a community that cherished him. He dedicated his life to his work as a Certified Public Accountant, graduating from Northeast High School and Temple University. Larry was not only a professional but also a dedicated member of the Mason organization and Lubavitch of Bucks County.

Larry found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was making chocolate milk or a chocolate egg cream, eating Wilbur Buds, spending time with his family, watching cowboy movies, rodeos, and anything having to do with Howdy Doody, or listening to Jazz or his favorite drummer Gene Krupa. His kindness, warmth, and sense of humor endeared him to all who knew him.

A funeral service for family members only will be held on June 18, 2024 @11:00 am. Shiva will be held at the late residence.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice in Larry's memory. Larry will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. May his spirit live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
