DR. JULIUS, February 5, 2014. Beloved husband of Edith "Eadie" (nee Targan) and the late Sylvia (nee Rothman). Loving father of Hope (Dan Bowerman) Victor and Sherri (Jane Marlowe) Victor. Devoted brother of Shirley (Gene) Shulick. He also leaves behind Nita (the late Steven) Laver and Larry (Rabbi Lynnda) Targan. Grandchildren include Sara, Katie, Tyler, Mimi (Andy), David, Eric (Nasreen) and Beth (Charlie). Also survived by 6 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Friday 1:30 P.M. precisely, at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St., Phila. PA 19126. Shiva will be observed following interment and Sunday from 2 to 5 P.M. at the Watermark at Logan Square, 2 Franklin Town Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
