JULIA (JULIE) R. O'Brien, Oct. 15, 2003. Beloved wife of Edward R. O'Brien, devoted mother of Edward Richard O'Brien III and Donald R. O'Brien (Karen Wallenobrien) and grandmother of Anna Lee Wallenobrien, sister of Walter L. Rubel and dear friend of Kay Kerr. Julie was active in the Women's Auxiliary of her local Fire Department, she was senior desk manager at Martin's Dam and was active in local politics, a graduate of Germantown Friends, Julie went on to study at Pembrook College and Nursing School. Her good will touched many lives. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Monday 10:30 A.M., King David Memorial Park. The family will return to the Wallenobrien Residence.
