JULES, Sept. 14, 2005, husband of Janice (nee Pinheiro) of Phila., father of Judy (Warren) Simon and Jill (Richard) Connolly, brother of Irving and the late Marvin Polakoff, grandfather of Joshua Schlachterman. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Fri. 1 P.M. precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Int. Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family will return to the Kennedy House. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
