Judith S. Engel

Our mom, Judy Engel, passed today at age 95. Mom lived a profoundly wonderful life.
 
She was the wife of Sid Engel for 35 years. Judy and Sid had a sweet life together that brought Ricki (Alan Mandeloff) and Scott (Julia) and later grandchildren Seth and Eva Engel.
 
Born to Jack and Eva Snyder, Mom was the younger sister to Aaron. They grew up in a loving home, and that model taught the beauty of a loving family, something that was carried to future generations.
 
In addition to her large family, Mom was endeared to many friends of all ages, accumulated over her long life.
 
She was youthful, contemporary, fun loving and always positive with her beautiful smile. All of this can be seen from the photo at the top of this Memorial Page, which was taken on her 90th birthday.

Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Monday, March 25, 2024, at 12 Noon precisely at Shalom Memorial Park (section Benjamin), 3573 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Immediately following interment and into the early evening, Shiva will be observed in the Community Room at Congregation Rodeph Shalom, 615 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
