JOYCE ALPER (Nee RUDENSTEIN) on September 15, 2024. At 75 she leaves behind her beloved husband Steven of 54 years, cherished daughter Nikki Targum née Alper, granddaughter Alexis, sister of Susan Zaroff (Rick) nephew Scott Zaroff, niece Samantha Kimberly and proud great nephew Danny. Remembered for her love of family and friend gatherings, mahjong and very furry companions and who was generous beyond means to all she shared her heart. Joyce honored the passing of her mother Lenore and father, William Rudenstein and daughter Stacey with her prayers and remembrance of beautiful memories together.
