ROTHBARD JOSEPH, Feb, 21, 2003, husband of the late Celia (nee Moskowitz), father of Melvin (Aileen) Rothbard and Norman (Barbara) Rothbard, brother of Fay Karr. also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
