JOSEPH PRESSMAN

Joseph Israel Pressman died peacefully on Saturday, October 24, 2020. Beloved husband of Sheila Pressman, (nee Becker), his soulmate and the love of his life; devoted father to Anne and Wayne Goldschneider, Michelle and Mark Pressman, and David Pressman; loving grandfather to Alyssa and Cory Botti, Jami Goldschneider and Sam Hirsch, Craig and Thanattha Pressman, and Emily Pressman. Joseph was born on April 6, 1930 and lived his entire life in the Philadelphia area. He graduated from Central High School, 188th Class. Joseph lived a full life surrounded by family and friends. His was a lovable and caring gentleman who embodied the true meaning of the word, mensch. Joseph had many happy moments and joy throughout his life. He was fortunate enough to celebrate a second bar mitzvah, celebrate his grandchildren's weddings, take his entire family on a cruise just recently, and to be present at two Phillies World Series wins in 1980 and 2008! However, his greatest joy came from being with his family. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. For those who knew Joseph and loved him, he will be missed forever.
