JOSEPH, Nov. 11, 2003, beloved husband of Marian (nee Haftel), loving father of Steven and Phyllis Newstat, stepfather of Bruce Smith, Gary Smith, Cindy Smith, and Anita and Howard Ticktin, dearest friend of Kathleen Avallone, brother of Evelyn Hahn, Irene Karr and Robert Newstat. He will also be missed by his many loving grandchildren and his one great grandchild. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Friday 1 P.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Int. Montefiore Cem.
