JOSEPH GARY, born July 3, 1938, died June 30, 2016 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Joe was a former Associate Professor of Speech Communication at Penn State Abington for 43 years. He was a member of Adath Jeshurun for 39 years, and a morning Minyan-aire for 34 years.
He is survived by his adoring wife of 31 years, Ina Meyers; his sister Rochelle, his children, Michael Meyers (Eileen); Lisa Meyers Villar; Lane Fisher (Michele), and Jeff Mann and five grand-children. Joe had many friends who shared much of his life. He was admired by many for his strength and courage and fight during his three year battle with cancer. He was a true hero. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Sunday 1 P.M. precisely GOLDSTEINS ROSENBERGS RAPHAEL-SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton, PA. Shiva will be observed at the late residence Tuesday beginning 2 P.M.
