JOAN G. (nee Rose) June 26, 2009 after an extended illness. Mrs. Kaplan was born and raised in Atlantic City, NJ residing in NE Phila. for over 50 yrs. She has long served as a Committee Person in for the Democratic Party. Mother of Howard (Linda) Kaplan, Jay (the late Mara) Kaplan and Stephanie (Ed) Windrim; grandmom of Justin Kaplan, Bryan Kaplan, Leland Kaplan, Hannah Windrim, Brett Windrim, Jacob Windrim, and the late Nicole Kaplan; sister of Robert Rose and the late Phyllis Norman; also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. Graveside Service will be held Sunday 11A.M. precisely at the Emeth Shalom Cem., Pleasantville, NJ. Shiva will be observed Sun. through Tues. at the late residence.
