JEROME PAUL, age 89, Oct. 4,
2016. Husband of the late Anita (nee Kass). Son of the late Harry P. and the late Molly (nee Berliner) and the late Frank and the late Mollie (nee Grosswald) Kass. Brother of the late Gertrude and the late Nathan Steinberg. Father of Cynthia and the late Melvin R. Cardonick, Felice and the late Murray Simon, Marc and Allison Pressman. Grandfather of Amy, Eric and Desiree Cardonick, Tara and Ashley Simon and Stevi and Camryn Pressman. Great grandfather of Matthew, Mia, Ava and Leo Cardonick.
Jerry attended Overbrook High School where he met his love Anita, and he attended Drexel University. They married Christmas Day, 1948 and he opened his own TV Repair business. Both he and Anita were one of the 25 founding families of Congregation Shaare Shamayim in the Northeast. He was a veteran of WW II (branch of the U.S. Army) and a member of the following organizations: Tacony Masonic Temple Lodge No. 9 F.&A.M., Knights of Pythias Steuben Lodge No. 113, Quaker City Montco Shriners Club -- LULU Temple, Scottish Rite Free-masonry Reading Lodge of Perfection and Marlyn Fein Chapter of Fox Chase Cancer Center.
Relatives and friends are invited to Masonic and Funeral Services Thursday 2 P.M. precisely at the Roosevelt Memorial Park Mausoleum, 2701 Old Lincoln Hwy, Trevose, PA. Shiva will be observed Thursday, Friday until 4 P.M., Saturday 8 to 10 P.M. and Sunday from 1 P.M. at the home of Felice Simon. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
