JEROME HOWARD KAUFMAN, physician, passed away on May 19, 2004, at age 62, beloved husband of Elaine Wolk, loving father of Deborah (Michael) Drucis, brother of Dr. Richard Kaufman (Lois), son of the late Dr. Morton and Evelyn Kaufman of Brooklyn, NY, and son-in-law of the late Louis and Blanche Wolk of Phila. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a graveside service on Sunday May 23, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at Har Jehuda Cemetery (Sect. DC-3), 8400 Lansdowne Ave., Upper Darby, PA (610-789-2104). Shiva will be observed for one day only at the late residence immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
