JEFFREY NEIL BLUMBERG on January 23, 2025. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Wesler); Loving father of Emilia Rivera (Joseph); Adoring grandfather of Malina and Elena. Brother of the late Barbara and Melvyn Shankin; Uncle of Avi Shankin (Stephanie) and Cyndee Shankin (Jessica); Great uncle of Vinny. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Jeff was always known as extremely kind, loving, and funny. Jeff worked at the State Department of Welfare for most of his career as a social worker.
