Jeanne Kaskey (ne Gittelman), of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2018. She was 86 years old. She was pre-deceased by her husband Richard "Dick" and beloved son, James "Jimmy". Jeanne attended Temple University majoring in Communications and was a graduate of the art classes at the Barnes Foundation. Jeanne enjoyed her many memorable tours as a docent at The Philadelphia Art Museum and enjoyed visiting exhibitions as a member of the Four Arts Society and Norton Museum of Art. Any opportunity to visit the Kravis Center for live music, theater and performance was always a must! She successfully operated her own business - a design and manufacturing firm whose products were sold through fine department stores. She was most proud of her hand-made umbrellas being sold exclusively at Bonwit Teller and Lord & Taylor stores. Jeanne also had a keen eye for art and antiques, which led her to start a business Art Tours Associates with her dear friend Rhea Foster, providing day bus trips to museum collections. Jeanne will be remembered for her love of speed-walking on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, where she spent many years with her wonderful family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Sunday, 11:00AM precisely at Har Jehuda Cemetery (Sec. AN), Upper Darby, PA. Contributions in her memory may be made to National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia.
