JAY, on July 10, 2009, of Yardley PA. Beloved husband of Sunny; loving dad of Jeffrey (Michele), Eileen (Glen) Middleman, Mark (Audrey); devoted and loving grandfather of Allison, Brian, Samantha and Alex Kahan and Jared, Amber and Brittany Middleman. He was Executive Vice-President of Tyco Toys and member of the Executive Board of the Island House in Margate, NJ.
