JAY M. GOCHIN on April 7, 2025. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Slotnick); Loving father of Alan Gochin (Ina) and Heather Gochin (Andriy Dyachuk); Dear brother of the late Manny Gochin; Devoted grandfather of Joshua and Sloane. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Friday, 11 AM precisely at Shalom Memorial Park (section Jacob II). Shiva will be observed at the home of Heather Gochin and Andriy Dyachuk. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
