JANET SANDMAN

Janet L. Sandman, 90, of N. Wales, PA, formerly of Boca Raton, FL and Rydal, PA, passed away on December 30, 2017. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her devoted daughter Pam (David), brother Ray (Anita), grandchildren Nathaniel, Samuel (Sacha), Bonnie (Steven) and Andrew (Amit), and great grandchildren Harrison, Marley and Elijah. Her husband Bill and beloved daughter Randy (Billy) predeceased her. Janet or "Jackie" lived life to the fullest, both as a business executive, and a long-standing volunteer for the American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program. She was an avid reader and loved to play mah jongg and rummikub. She was known by all as an outstanding cook, whose recipes will be treasured by her family. Janet summed up her greatest passions by saying: "I love it; I love it; I love it," usually when referring to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A private interment service will be held with her family. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
