JANET (nee Phillips), July 26, 2013. Wife of the late Maurice; mother of Richard (Kathleen) Koffs, Steven (Cathy) Koffs and Karen Raditz; sister of Alberta Cherry; grandmother of Jon (Melissa), Lauren, Jennifer, Missy, Gabrielle and Nick; great grandmother of Stephanie.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Sunday, 2 P.M. precisely, at Roosevelt Memorial Park (Sec. T-2), Trevose PA. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Steven and Cathy Koffs. Contri-butions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 5455 N. High St., Columbus OH 43214.
