Janet Cohen

Janet Cohen passed away on November 27th, 2025, at the age of 70. She is survived by her devoted son Thomas Fuell, his wife, Alodie Larson, her grandson Atlas Fuell, her siblings Elisabeth Bass and Larry Cohen. Janet went to Brandeis University and Rutger’s Law School and passed the Pennsylvania bar. She worked for the National Museum of American Jewish History (Weitzman Museum), the White Dog and the Black Cat. She was a talented artist working in mosaics, oils, and collage, a voracious reader, and a skilled cook. There will be an open house shiva on December 20th from 1-7 at the Bass home. Janet was a supportor of a number of non-profits. If family and friends want, they are welcome to donate to a charity of their choice.
