Jacqueline H. Baron (nee Reinhart), 72, of Plymouth Meeting, passed away November 29, 2025. She is survived by her beloved daughters Allison and Rebecca, and her younger brothers Herbert (the late Patricia) and Barry (Liz) Reinhart. She was married for 42 years to the late Barry Baron. She also has 11 nieces and nephews, and 5 great-nieces and nephews.
Jackie was a graduate of Germantown High School and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Millersville University. She devoted 20 years to working as a preschool teacher, a role she cherished. During the summers, Jackie and her daughters worked side by side at summer camp, creating memories they treasured. She also enjoyed her time working at the Upper Merion Library, a perfect fit for her lifelong love of reading.
Jackie grew up in Mt. Airy and had the remarkable ability to find “six degrees of separation" with people no matter where she was. As a child, she loved spending time at the swim club with friends, a joy she later passed on to her daughters during many summers at Plymouth Swim Club. Jackie never missed the daily crossword puzzle in the newspaper. Jackie was a devoted mom. She attended every school function, drove countless carpools, and gave her full support to her daughters’ activities. Her dedication as Band Booster President earned her induction into the Plymouth Whitemarsh High School Band Booster Hall of Fame.
