Husband of Rose (nee Kaufman), father of Eli (Maxine) and Harvey (Nicole), brother of Alex (Yetta) and Phyllis Sonabend, grandfather of Marc (Tova), Robert (Sara), Eva (Jonathan), Sara (Joseph), Matthew and Michael, great grandfather of Yakira, Ma'ayan, Kayla, Naomi and Noah. He was a Holocaust survivor. He served in the Israeli Army during the War of Independence. He was an importer for more than 50 years and his company continues into the third generation. He is a longtime member of Congs. of Shaare Shamayim and the Assoc. of Holocaust Survivors. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Sunday 1:30 P.M. precisely at GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Int. Shalom Mem. Park. Shiva will be observed at the home of Maxine and Eli Erlich. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Assoc. of Holocaust Survivors, c/o Miriam Caine, 423 Waring St., Phila., PA 19116.
