JACK HECHT  

Beloved father and grandfather passed away on April 21, 2014. He was 91 and lived in Newtown, PA; formerly of Harrisburg, PA and Bethesda, MD. Jack was an inspiring and talented artist for eight decades. He had his first solo art show at the age of 89. In his later years, he became deeply connected to animals.

Predeceased by his wife, Hannagene. He is survived by his son, Dr. Drew Hecht of Yardley, PA and daughter, Mira of Chevy Chase, MD; three grandchildren, Ethan, Hanna and Molly.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Jonestown Road, Harrisburg PA 17110. Shiva will be observed Thursday at the home of Dr. Drew Hecht. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, P.O. Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
