CAPLAN, Irving Age 96, died Saturday, Jan. 27 at Paul's Run in Philadelphia, PA He was a retired business owner of an auto parts company. Irving was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War 2. A widower, he is survived by a son, Larry Caplan (Dannette); a daughter, Gail Brodsky (Mel); his grandchildren, Jimmy and Chris Caplan, Caren Walls (Mike), Jennifer Dray (Patrick), Marla Jones, and Lauren Kozar (Tony); and also nine great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services at 11 AM Tuesday, Jan. 30, at the Roosevelt Memorial Park Mausoleum, 2701 Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose, PA. Shiva will be observed on Tuesday at the home of Lauren and Tony Kozar, and Wednesday and Thursday at the home of Gail and Mel Brodsky.
