Irene Sue Reisbord

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Irene Sue Reisbord, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.

Irene was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Philadelphia at age two. She worked for the school district of Philadelphia and in her spare time she enjoyed buying and selling vintage jewelry and purses along with other antiques. You could find her on Sundays at Renninger’s antique market. She was also very devoted to her children and grandchildren, and they were devoted to her.

She is survived by her children, Michael & (Cheryl), Marck & (Jennifer), and Mitchell & (Michele), her grandchildren, Brynn, Samara, Devyn, Isaac, Dylan, Ethan, Logan, and Elizabeth.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Wednesday Nov 12 , 2025 at Goldstein’s Rosenberg Funeral Directors Suburban North at 11:30 AM promptly.  Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park.

Shiva to follow interment at the Blechman residence.

Shiva will also be held on Thursday and Friday at the home of Jennifer and Marck Reisbord.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
