GLICK IRENE (nee Schiff). Passed away on Dec. 25, 2002. Beloved wife of Raymond, beloved mother of Terry (Ethan) Blynn, loving grandmother of Daniel and Jamie. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Irene was a member of the Kindertransport, an organization responsible for the safe rescue and transport of approximately 10,0000 Jewish children from Nazi Germany during WWII. She came to the United States at the age of 11 from Germany via Scotland and England. She originally resided in New York City and at the age of 12 moved to Phila. with her family. She was a graduate of West Phila. High School, Class of January 1948 and a member of the United Jewish Organizations. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Sun. 11 A.M. precisely at Mt. Sharon Cem. (Sec. S) Shiva will be observed at her late residence.
