Beloved husband of Evelyn (nee Umansky). Loving father of Ellen Stern (Stephen Herskovitz) and Linda Stern (Amy Steffen). Dear brother of Gertrude Zoref, Albert Stern, Betty Rabinowitz, and Eugene Stern. Loving grandmother of David, Jamie, Ariel and Eitan. Also survived by 8 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Sunday 1 PM precisely at New Montefiore Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY. Shiva will be observed at his late residence Monday and Tuesday 1 PM � 4 PM and 7PM � 8:30 PM. On Wednesday, Shiva will continue at the home of Linda Stern and Amy Steffen 1 � 4 PM and 6PM � 8:30 PM. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
