On March 5, 2014; husband of the late Elaine (nee Brodsky); father of Richard Toplin (Debbie Heilbrunn), Marc Toplin (Pam Kalen), and Mitchell Toplin (Mindy Lange); brother of Leah Rooklin. Also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Friday, March 7, 12:30 p.m. precisely at Goldsteins, Rosenberg's Raphael-Sacks, 6410 North Broad St, Philadelphia, PA. Interment Har Jehuda Cemetery. Shiva will be observed on Monday, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the residence of Marc Toplin and Pam Kalen.
