(Carolyn) Per; Sister of Dr. Gilbert Koff and the late Nathan and Samuel Koff; Cherished Mom-Mom of Stephanie, Tracy (Charles) and Geoffrey (Beth). Also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
